1. Booking & Rental Services

Pit Row Miami provides premium F1 simulator rental services for corporate events, private parties, and other occasions throughout South Florida. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your event date. Full payment terms, if applicable, will be provided in your booking confirmation. Prices quoted are estimates until a final quote is issued and accepted.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible regarding changes to your event.

4. On-Site Requirements

We require adequate space, access to power, and a safe operating area for our equipment. The client is responsible for ensuring the venue permits our equipment and activities. We will provide setup, operation, and teardown as part of every booking.

5. Equipment & Safety

All equipment is maintained to professional standards and operated by our trained staff. Participants use the simulators at their own risk, and reasonable safety guidelines must be followed as directed by our operators.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Pit Row Miami and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pit Row Miami shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services or website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
